Model Face-Off Semifinals: The Best Of Ryan Homes

In honor of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, we’re pitting our stunning new homes against each other for the ultimate title in Model Face-Off. Until mid-May, viewers can vote for their favorite model at the bottom of various blogs before the clock runs out.

The Brentwood

Square footage: 2,100+

Key characteristics: Graceful arches, optional sitting room or sunroom and screened porch

Summary: This Ryan Homes model includes an airy new kitchen and grand dining area.

You’ll find three first-floor bedrooms with walk-in closets, including the owner’s retreat, which comes with an en-suite bath, double vanity and oversized shower or a separate shower and soaking tub.
